2015 Autumn Field Day

Mensa Korea invites you to our field day! Please come and join to get delightful memory with other mensans.

1. When

• Date: October 18, 2015 (Sunday)
• Time: 11:00 am ~ 5:00 pm

• Seoul Woosol Elementary School (서울 우솔 초등학교) Gymnasium (3F)

3. Program

• 11:00 ~ 11:30: Registration and team organization
• 11:30 ~ 12:00: Ice break and game briefing
• 12:00 ~ 13:00: Lunch
• 13:00 ~ 16:00: Games
• 16:00 ~ 17:00: Award ceremony, souvenir distribution 
• 17:00 ~ : Post party activity

4. Registration

(1) Early Bird Registration
Please transfer registration fee, and then send an email to us at iac [at] mensakorea [dot] org with the following informatio

* Early bird registration is valid until 2 pm on the 14th of October.

* If your significant other or friend is planning on attending with you, please let us know so we can keep an accurate count.

 

(2) On-site Registration

On-site registration is available for extra change (KRW 5,000).

5. Registration fee

(1) Member

• Adult: KRW 10,000
• Age 13-19: KRW 5,000 
• Under Age 12: Free

(2) Guest

• Adult: KRW 15,000
• Age 13-19: KRW 10,000
• Under Age 12: Free 

* There will be a great post-party activity, and it will cost additional KRW 10,000 - 20,000.

* In the case of a minor, the written, informed consent of the parent or guardian is required.

1. Take a subway and get off at Yangjae Station(양재역), then get ouf of exit 9.
2. Take the bus No.11-3 or 917, get off at Seocho Hills aparments (서초 힐스아파트)
